Early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. Recognizing this, we have partnered with MicroSigX to introduce a promising new tool designed to support early autism care. This collaboration brings forward the MSX Metagenie® test, an innovative technology that detect risk of autism in children. Together, we will launch a pilot initiative in January 2026 in collaboration with non-profit organisations, offering free MSX Metagenie® tests to 200 eligible preschool children.

Why Early Autism Diagnosis Matters

Autism spectrum disorder affects communication, behavior, and social interaction. Early intervention can improve developmental outcomes, but many children face delays in diagnosis due to the complexity of symptoms and the reliance on behavioral assessments. These assessments often require specialized professionals and can take months to complete.

The potential of a reliable, accessible test like the MetaGenie Autism Test lies in its ability to complement traditional methods by providing biological insights. This test analyzes multi-kingdom microbial markers that help rule out autism, helping clinicians and families make informed decisions sooner.

About the MSX MetaGenie® Test

The MetaGenie® Test analyzes bacteria, archaea, fungi, and viruses, along with their genes and metabolic pathways. This data is processed through a validated AI model to generate an ASD risk score. In recognition of its innovative nature, this patented technology received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation in 2024, marking it as a pioneering diagnostic aid for autism.

Offering 200 Free Test Quotas

To encourage the use of this promising tool, we are offering 200 free MSX MetaGenie® Test quotas to eligible preschool children aged 18 months to 4 years with suspected ASD symptoms but no formal diagnosis. A hotline at 9495 1894 (via Whatsapp message) has been set up for enquiries and registration.
